The last formal negotiations of the year are taking place from October 1-7, 2011 in Panama City before the next Conference of the Parties – COP17 in Durban (Nov.28-Dec.9), representing a chance to pave the way for the necessary deal.
The decision was adopted in response to EU Commission consultation on unconventional fossil fuels in Europe
